I've shared with you here about my concerns regarding BPA in the liners of canned goods. Due to the increased risk to my health and the health of my family from BPA, I have stopped purchasing canned goods. It has been a real inconvenience to do that as I have always enjoyed having canned tomatoes, beans, tuna and soups on-hand to save time when preparing meals for my family. I am completely convinced that by not purchasing these products, I will greatly improve my health and the health of my family.
I received my daily subscription this morning from the blog, Semi-Sweet, which had a wonderful post here on how to take action on the BPA issue. In response to her post, I asked the top 3 canned food companies what they're doing to get BPA out of their food packaging. It only takes a minute via a fill in form. Please consider taking a moment to send a message to these companies and spread the word! You can find the form here.
Thanks so much for your time!
