Who knew that when the FOR SALE sign went in the yard in the front of our cabin on Sunday.....
that by Thursday at noon, it would be......
But it is.....it really is! Our agent has a signed contract in his hands. We are praying for no complications in the process going forward and we hope to have it completed and closed by the end of the month.
And so the adventure begins....where oh where we will it take us now? At the moment, we don't know. Stay tuned!
Have a great weekend!
Congratulations. What a cute cabin no wonder it sold so fast. I would have snaped in up in a second. Where is it located. Where ever it was I would have bought it. LOL My dream to live in a cabin like that and grow old. Congats
ReplyDeletewow...so fast. congratulations.
ReplyDeleteMany, Many Congrats my dear sweet friend! I know you are so excited! But OMG, I still can't believe you are stepping away from that beautiful log cabin...it would be so hard for me to leave. Hugs!
ReplyDeleteCandace, that is wonderful! God is the best real estate agent. ;)
ReplyDeleteThank you all so much! It was not a decision made lightly; but we felt it was the "right" thing to do. The fact that it sold so quickly just reinforces that we made the right decision.
ReplyDeleteKatie, we live in Louisiana. If I had known, I would have sold it to you. We could have even traded houses....aren't you in the Pacific Northwest? That climate is better suited for me than this one!! :0)
Jennifer, our posts crossed! :0)
ReplyDeleteHe sure is! We felt it was His idea and now we're sure of it. I sure wish He would tell me the next step though because we will be homeless in 3 weeks or so. haha!
But I haven't been down to visit and rock on your front porch!
ReplyDeleteCool. Looks like a nice place. I've been in the market for a cabin.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I can't wait to see where the Lord leads you next :) So exciting!

ReplyDeleteDon't forget that you're supposed to come & get me when you leave!
