CARNITAS!

For the MOST AMAZING taco filling ever,
 you have to make these carnitas.

Seriously. so. good. 
Crispy on the outside...full of flavor on the inside.
They are even delicious in Sausage Veggie Chowda.

  3. Oh god, Candace, seriously! Carnitas is like the one word that makes me weak in the knees. I'm loving introducing my Aussie boyfriend to all the amazing Mexican/Latin foods I used to eat in the US. Perfect excuse to share this with him! :)
