My Edible Backyard...

My backyard is full of dandelions.  You can't eat more local than that...

  13. Beautiful photos! And look further for plantain, purslane, and lambs quarters, for those are edible too. Just stirfry with garlic and red pepper flakes :-) P.S. Nice yard!!

  14. When I was pregnant I would make carrot and dandelion juice. So yuk, but oh so healthy. :O)
