It's Maple Sugaring Season here in New Hampshire. I did my first maple sugar house tour this weekend. I wish I could have bottled that smell and shared it with you here. If you've never smelled maple syrup being made, you need to experience it.

Ah-mazing!

Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today.  Your visits and comments are always so welcome.  I'm working on some new things around here.   Please stay tuned for my first giveaway coming soon!

Have a great week!

  6. We actually made some ourselves with our own trees. It is a lot of work but worth it in the end. :O)

  10. Of all the grades of maple syrup, I like B the best. (That's the darkest, strongest, isn't it?)

    A TOUCH OF THE GOLD

    They say just a touch of the gold
    Will make even timid ones bold;
    Try yellow, not blue,
    And bright amber too—
    And don’t be left out in the cold!

  12. Maple sugar is my all-time favourite candy. I grew up on the east coast of Canada, and my childhood memories of this confection are vivid!

  14. Oh yes, I'm familiar with that 'fragrance of maple.' Many people around here are tapping trees as well. It's a big deal and some families have little maple syrup businesses. Like your photo. So pretty!
