I recently discovered this wonderful blog, From Here to Eternity. When I saw the photo challenge, IN LOVE, that Jhen had posted on there, this photo taken a few years ago came to mind. This was taken in Natchitoches on an anniversary weekend. We took it with a timer and while we sort of posed for the shots as in, we pointed the camera at the spot we were going to sit in and ran over to sit there, the result of that moment in time is purely natural. There were a couple of photos taken at that time and while I'm not sure what he was saying to me at that moment, as you can see, the love we share is pretty evident. It is one of my favorite photos of the two of us and one that reminds me of this very special love that we share. Since it was taken with our old 35mm, we actually had to wait until the photos were developed from that weekend before we knew what wonderful moment in time that we captured that day.

I know I have posted this photo before a long time ago on a Wordless Wednesday so those of you who have been with me for awhile or who have taken the time to go back and look at the old stuff have probably seen it before.

Thanks for reposting this picture. It is a new one for me. It is wonderful. It does not look at all posed and captures how you feel about each other perfectly. I can honestly say that I saw LOVE today. That is awesome.
