HIKE UP MT. KEARSARGE

Thanks so much for stopping by!

As I was going through my photos for Wordless Wednesday, I came across the photos of our trip to New Hampshire last summer for my stepson's wedding.  What a wonderful week we had!  I have shared with you previously a few photos of our visit to Lake Sunapee that week.  That was only one of the adventures that we had.  We, also, hiked up  Mt. Kearsarge for some pretty unforgettable views!  I hope you enjoy the trip....

Ready, set, go....

This was just a stopping point along the way.  The views from this point were amazing.  It gets better though.

We still have a long way to go.....

So beautiful up here....

Time for a family photo....

The views from the top of Mt. Kearsarge were spectacular and well worth the hike up there to see them.  The day was overcast and bit on the chilly side, which I loved.  It was the perfect day for a hike and the perfect day to take photos.  My little point and click did an excellent job, I think.

Everything that goes up must come down though.  So here we go.....

We made some wonderful memories on that vacation and gained a new member of the family.  Thanks so much for joining me on this journey.  I hope you enjoyed the views.  Maybe you will put New  Hampshire and Mt. Kearsarge on your list of places to visit.  It's definitely worth the trip!

Have a great Thursday!

  1. Oh my goodness! How beautiful is that! I would love to go there. The picture with the dogs is pretty scary, though. I'm assuming they're on leads. :-) Looks like a great adventure!

  6. These are just gorgeous. I'm in love with the landscape of New England. We took a trip last September up to Canada and came home down the coast. Spectacular!
